Equipped with 2000-ton stamping equipment, we mainly provide stamping forming for large parts such as new energy vehicle outer cover parts, electric vehicle battery packs, and energy storage equipment housings.
We focus on parts performance certification for prototype trial production and prototype vehicle trial projects in the early stage of automobile development. Our stamping forming process is also widely applied to mass production of components for photovoltaic products, home appliances and mobile phones.
Stamping forming is a traditional metalworking process. Different tonnage stamping machines are adopted according to the size of hardware parts. Trial stamping and hydraulic forming feature lower daily output; for hardware parts with an order volume of over one million pieces, progressive stamping dies are used for mass production, with an annual output exceeding 100,000 pieces.

Stamping processing is a primary forming procedure, which uses thin metal sheets to stamp and form parts as required by customers.
Stamped parts usually require subsequent surface finishing treatment. Both stamped prototype parts and mass-produced parts are processed with surface treatments including galvanizing, copper plating, spraying, powder coating, anti-static treatment, anodizing, sandblasting and film coating as per technical requirements.
The specific process depends on customers’ design requirements. For new energy vehicle exterior parts, the full-process procedures include electrophoretic coating, rust removal, primer and intermediate coating, followed by topcoat painting.
For prototype evaluation vehicles, the surface process is more complicated: manual grinding, light & shadow adjustment, and gap & flush fine-tuning are required before painting, overall vehicle polishing and film coating.

The post-surface treatment processes for sheet metal parts and stamped parts are basically the same. Sheet metal processing and stamping processing differ only in forming methods, and shared processing & surface treatment equipment can be used in most cases.
Raw materials for sheet metal and stamped products are basically identical. Galvanizing and powder coating are the most common surface treatments for sheet metal prototypes and finished parts. Especially for sheet metal prototyping and small-batch orders, galvanizing, electrophoretic coating and powder coating are adopted for outer layer protection to enhance durability and service life.
For aluminum alloy sheet metal products, anodizing and passivation are the mainstream surface treatments.
